2013 BerryLane Senior Model Application Copy

The BerryLane Senior Model Program is a way for High School Seniors to receive a free senior session, a model session, be eligible for group model shoots and earn cash rewards for referring their friends to our studio.
Details:
~You will have a 20 minute modeling session as soon as you are accepted to the program
~You get 100 model cards to give to your friends that will offer them $50 off their senior session
~Facebook, website, blog, print ads are just some of the places your images may appear
~A $100.00 good faith deposit will be collected when you sign up to be a BerryLane model. 100% of this deposit goes towards your final print order.
~Your senior session must be completed in June or July to receive your complimentary session
~You may not model for or be associated with another photography studio. This would be a conflict of interest.

We require your parents authorization for you to participate as a BerryLane Model. All of the information about our program is on our website. We need you to promise to show your parents all about being a model so they know what we are talking about when we call for your phone interview. *
